Man, that’s a terrible title. But it does, somehow, convey the idea that I’ve taken three each of my ink cards and framed/matted them together. All of the ink cards are 5″ x 7″, ink on 140 lb. Cold Press, and both sets are on sale starting tonight at the Gallery Underground in Fort Collins, Colorado, or you can contact me directly and I can ship them to you.

The first set here is the “Monsters of Old” set, came to me when I finished the Lon Chaney Sr./Phantom of the Opera card last week. Instead of just putting them for sale individually, I thought having a set of famous movie monsters and/or the actors portraying them might be a nice way to go.

To that end, here is the first set of three. You’ll have to guess who they are.

Ok, you won’t have to. From the left they are Vincent Price’s character from The Abominable Dr. Phibes, Boris Karloff’s Im-Ho-Tep from The Mummy, and Lon Chaney Sr.’s character from London After Midnight.

The second set is called “Stone Memories”, and is made up of three of inks I’ve done that have a stone effect. On the left is a stone horse from the ruins of Halicarnassus, the middle is from a stone sculpture of Mayan ruler Pacal, and the one on the right is “The Stone Girl”, not based on anything in particular.

I’m hoping that they will sell as sets, and if there is any interest in the ink cards I can keep doing them (and hopefully pay some bills).
